Whitmore's are able to offer a full machining service from PAR to bespoke mouldings
Planing
We are able to offer planing on all our timbers, this can either be done by our thicknesser that can take widths up to 595mm (24 ½”) or by using the 6 headed moulder which is also used to produce many profiles.
Profiling
Although we have our own standard profiles for many items such as skirting and architraves, we are able to have cutters made to machine bespoke profiles on request.
If you have an existing moulding that you would like to match then please contact our sales team who will be able to advise you on the cost of producing 'timber to match'.
If for any reason it is not technically possible to produce a profile then we will be more than happy to advise you on what is possible.
